Molex's thin connector can be used to improve thin PCBS and application architectures
Molex's Mini-Fit Sigma connector uses a thin TPA design that supports hot wire and utilizes the latest Mini-Fit TPA2 terminals. The connector is easily available with standard mini-Fit Jr. Needle holder (46207 series) for connection. Its enhanced thin profile design can be used to improve thin PCBS and application architectures, while providing 4.20 mm spacing and 14 A current.
The Mini-Fit Sigma sealing solution prevents water, foam and dust from entering. The rubber cap is wound around the back of the case and the panel mounting ear on the plug case provides a secure and stable plug for the panel. The Mini-FIT Sigma seal system can be used in conjunction with a standard Mini-fit socket and uses a Mini-FIT TPA2 terminal.
